This place is awesome! I just had some issues with my old BMW and had some really bad experience with mechanics in the past that just don't know what they are doing. But this place is really great. Awesome customer service and super friendly staff in general. The mechanic told me about the progress and what he thinks is wrong. They even cleaned my car inside and out didn't even expect them to do that. 5/5 experience and will definitely coming back here!

I have taken my F36 to German Auto Group of Alexandria several times for both repairs and routine maintenance. Each time, I have been met with exceptional service from the moment I walked in the door. The mechanics at this shop are truly skilled and knowledgeable, with Adrian and Abdul standing out as some of the most talented in the industry. Not only did they accurately diagnose and resolve issues with my vehicle that were overlooked by other shops, including BMW Passport and BMW of Alexandria, but they did so at a fraction of the cost.
I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with the quality of service and affordability provided by the German Auto Group of Alexandria.
Overall, I would highly recommend German Auto Group of Alexandria to anyone in need of expert repair and maintenance services for their luxury vehicle. With their skilled mechanics, affordable pricing, and exceptional customer service, it is easy to see why this shop is quickly becoming a go-to destination for BMW enthusiasts like myself in the area.
