I had a sudden issue and looked for a nearby shop so I could bring it straight in. Jason was very helpful and with proper ID & insurance I was able to get a loaner so I could get to work the next day. Their system for approving repairs is efficient and explained well, including a video which showed the leak. I didn't have to download any apps or login, they texted it straight to me. I'm sure their schedule varies, but despite being a walk-in my car was done the next day. Depending on the issue this could be different for you. These guys did a great job and I would return to them in the future.

I recently took my vehicle here, and though it was an expensive experience (which was not the fault of Stellar) Ive decided to take my business here.
Jason was great to communicate with, and he was very professional. I also thought the way he explained the repairs to me was a huge plus. Most places give you a line of crap just to get money from ya, but I felt Jason was honest with me, and I look forward to building a business/customer relationship with Stellar. Thanks again Stellar! I was very impressed with the Stellar mechanic's workmanship on the installation of a complicated bike rack hitch for my GLC 300. They assessed the work and made sure they had the tools and skill level before accepting the job. Great people with positive, upbeat and professional attitudes. I'm ecstatic to have found a place that I feel I can trust and that will go the extra mile. They picked up my vehicle and left me a nice loaner car, they called me with updates and made sure I had an understanding of what was going on and where we were with cost. So far so good. I brought my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee to these guys with the hope of running it far beyond the warranty and more recently had them do the regularly scheduled maintenance on a 2017 C300. They seem highly competent and more affordable and convenient than the dealership.

On a Friday late afternoon on the Interstate we got a flat tire and thought it was a major issue with the rear of the vehicle. Stellar took great care of us and was extremely fair with their pricing! They caught an issue with a CV boot on another wheel while looking the car over. So happy our flat tire was close to your shop!

Tim understands service, and his crew is detailed and knowledgeable with german and import work. My Q7 had some funky alignment issues that required subframe adjustments, they completed the work in a timely manner and delivered the vehicle to my office.

Stellar and the crew saved the day!!!! I was on my way to work when my car started shaking and the check engine light came on. I called Stellar when I got to work. Jason told me not to worry and that they would take care of it. They sent out a car for me to have for the day and picked up mine to bring it back to the shop. After a very reasonable repair I got my car back good as new. Way to go Stellar!!! I will definitely be back for all of my other repair/maintenance needs.

Guys are awesome! They really know what they are doing and I cant complain about the price. They did a full brake service, replaced my wheel studs and upgraded some of the bushings on my car. They went above and beyond what I asked them to do and I will definitely be going back if I have any more odd jobs for them to do before I move. Thank you so much you guys rock!

I've brought multiple vehicles into Stellar over the past few months and I have yet to be unhappy with my experience. It's a fantastic, low-key, reasonably priced service shop and it's run by guys who genuinely seem to love what they do. I wouldn't let 'Mr. Nelson September 15th' dissuade you into thinking it's not a 5-star shop -- the rest of the reviews speak for themselves.
