Update Jan. 27, 2025: New vehicle, new problem. Took what could have been a disaster (complete engine replacement) and have made it the best experience that they are able to. Excellent communication on issues and options. Worked with the warranty to get everything taken care of. I can not express how highly I recommend using their services.
Quick, professional service. They may be slightly more expensive on some things, but it is worth it! They were willing to listen to my troubleshooting explanation which cut down on diagnosis time and cost. Also took the time to explain their procedures clearly without any "talking down". I highly recommend them if you are having car problems or just need an inspection.

I was impressed how they showed through testing what was wrong with my vehicle. There were photos and an explanation and an estimate with parts and labor included. After work was finished they explained because of the age of my vehicle that other problems could occur and made me aware what to expect and recommendations for better maintenance to get more life from my vehicle. Brent Allen has some good customer service and show they care. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was referred to Brent Allen Automotive and boy am I happy I needed a situation taken care of, and I received nothing but kindness, and was informed of any and every move before they just assumed I wanted it. They have quick service and the best service personnel around. Try them out on Airport Road, in Logan
