Great service. The 60,000 miles check recommended was necessary since we use the Subaru Impreza a lot to travel to L.A., and maintenance is essential to keep it safe.

My car wouldnt start one morning and surely enough when I brought the car into the shop, I had a defective cell. I needed a new battery immediately, I had errands to do that day. The counter person sensed my urgency and installed a new battery right away even though some of the staff was on lunch break. The counter person was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I enquired about other services and will definitely return.

I recently visited this establishment for the first time to get an oil change for my car. The wait, which lasted about an hour, was typical for such services, but it was made bearable by the accommodating and helpful front desk staff. They were attentive to my needs and provided timely updates on the progress of my car. As for the service itself, so far my car ran smoothly afterward. But will monitor this for 1-2 weeks and confirm the job.

Robert and the entire team at Temecula Auto Repair made a difficult situation much less stressful. They made sure I was taken care of and provided above and beyond service when I was sure all was lost. Thanks to all team members who assisted!

First things first, talking to the manager Kristopher
about what was going on with my vehicle made me feel at ease. Great communication and then meeting him in person made it a no-brainer to trust him with my vehicle, and his quote for repairs was very fair priced. Very knowledgeable and runs an honest business. I recommend anyone to go have work done by him and his crew. It's hard to find honest working businesses, and this is one. Thanks again, Kristopher, for great service.

This place is hands down the best local mechanic spot in Temecula.
Chris was the most genuine professional mechanic out there. He was honest and educated me on my car problems.
Dealership said I needed to pay over $2,000 in replacing a Catalytic Converter. Went over to Chris and said I needed to replace the valve instead. Only paid for the labor costs.

ALSO they were able to save me a lot of money! I am so thankful to Chris for the fantastic service I received and I definitely will keep them as my go to mechanic! What a great experience. This shop just happened to be around the corner from our hotel while on vacation. Had a rental car that said low tire pressure...ugh...they got me in first thing in the AM, confirmed only needed air in all 4 tires...relief...and out the door in 15 minutes. Very personable, such a pleasure when you come upon a well run and customer friendly service center. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This place of business is by far the most honest and trustworthy around. All hard working people are looking for is integrity from a business. Well, this business has it. In summary I had my truck at the dealership for a recall and in their inspection list (after completing the recall) they noted I needed to complete an expensive fix, and it looked as if there was a small dripping leak where they showed me the fix was needed. I told them I would think about it and looked at possibly doing it myself and/or getting other quotes. After calling around, I scheduled an appointment to get the work completed with these true professionals. After dropping off my vehicle, they called me a few hours later saying they tested everything within my system and that there are zero repairs needed. I told them since they had the truck up to go through and do a checklist inspection- which they did and found absolutely nothing wrong. I was taken back by their honesty and pride in treating customers right and with simply being honest in their explanations. Chris was the gentleman whom I had dealt with the most, and what a true professional on every level and aspect. I found an honest business, and I will gladly return and recommend them with the utmost enthusiasm to all. Thank you again Chris, for being such an excellent person and representative for this wonderful business.

Staff is ALWAYS so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I just moved to this county and SO HAPPY I found a mechanic that's trust worthy because it's truly.hard to come by those these days. The ratings do reflect who they are. Trust me. They will take care of you and won't try to sell you more than what you need. Chris is great and we always chit chat about anything. Real great service!

I found Temecula Tire after taking my Nissan Pathfinder to 3 other shops to fix an acceleration issue. The team was thorough, professional and informative when it came to diagnosing the problem.

A previous shop just added silicone to the O2 sensor and charged me $300. The car still didn't feel right thereafter, but commuting to work is the higher priority these days. I didn't want waste my energy arguing with a shop that does shoddy work - what's the point?

Special thanks to Frank who worked on my SUV. He took the time and made sure the check engine light was properly addressed. They were also accurate with the estimated time to complete.

I'm very happy with this shop. They will be getting my business for any future car repair and maintenance services.
