I came to Houston Wheel Repair to get my Rims power coated little did I know I would be getting all my work done here they offer a wide selection of repairs on rims from cracks, Bends, missing pieces, curb rash, powder coating to Paint and body work to window repairs they even work on 30 inch rims this place truly is a life savor I didnt have to buy a new wheel. Went to doctors office, not paying attention and heard my rim make a little grinding sound. Mind you, I just got all wheels and tires 45 days ago. I was sick trying to back up without doing more damage. Got to the shop, went to get something to eat got called back be for I got to order. Overall great experience and fantastic job! The work on the rims is immaculate and cannot tell that any body work was done! They did a great job color matching the rims and the body work.
The only reason why I did not give 5 stars was due to the confusion and conflicting information for when my car will be completely done. I dropped the car off on a Monday with an initial estimate of completion by Thursday. Thursday came around and they needed more time which extended to Saturday. Saturday evening I came to pick up my car, but the paint on the fender was not wet sanded and buffed. So I had to bring the car back on Wednesday due to the snow storm to get the car sanded and buffedin which the estimated time was only an hour. When I brought my car back on Weda different person was there and said I have to bring it back on Thursday and keep it overnight until Friday. When I bought it back on Thursday, I was told again that it would take an hour once the technician who did the bodywork comes to shop which should take an hour. Two hours later, the technician did not show and apparently the car needed to go to another shop to be sanded and buffed. Ultimately I had to leave my car for the 3rd time until Friday. That part was very frustrating, but Im grateful for getting my car back on Friday!
