Wow! I was so impressed with Brakes to go First of all, I needed my brakes done because I was going into the city the very next day and I was afraid to drive. So they made sure to squeeze me in and get the job done. The next thing was they drove all the way into Bastrop to get my brakes done. When they got here they had mistakenly put down the wrong car so they had the wrong parts so the guy drove an hour back to Austin to get the right parts just so I wouldnt have to drive on faulty brakes. I cant imagine doing business with anybody else other than Brakes To Go. I only gave five stars because thats all they gave. I would give him 1 million stars.

We have used them twice now and highly recommend! They communicate very well as to arrival, estimate and procedure. They arrived early, worked quickly and efficiently. We LOVED not having to worry about when to drop the car off, waiting in some uncomfortable chairs in a lobby filled with 10 yr old People magazines and bad coffee. And the !price to replace our brakes was comparable to the brick and mortar places. YES to Brakes to Go

I am extremely impressed with Breaks To Go. Justin was knowledgeable and gave me a variety of options to choose from based on the condition of my breaks. I got all new break pads and rotors for a great price and when I tested them out on a 2 hour drive my car felt better than it did when I bought it (used). Justin was fast, kind, and efficient. Brakes To Go had a morning opening, and they were able to get to the car within an hour. James is the technician who arrived, removed the wheels, and evaluated the brake systems. He showed me what was needed and what he recommended. (I haven't replaced brakes myself in many years, and I was visiting relatives out of town.) Within just over an hour-and-a half he was finished, and the car had new pads and discs/rotors on the front and new pads on the rear. He was very thorough and welcomed any questions while he worked. I would definitely use Brakes T Go again in the Austin area!

Marshall came out quickly within the first 30 minutes of the 2 hour time window and was super friendly from the start. He performed the inspection and let me know what was required and finished replacing my rear brake rotors and pads all within an hour. Best mechanic experience I've ever had. They were responsive and prompt to my inquiry, communicated clearly, showed up on time, and provided quality service. The best part, they come to you! No need to schedule time off work, they literally replaced my brakes in my office parking lot while I was on a client call. When I experienced an issue while braking with the same car over a year after the service, they came out again at no charge and replaced the (under warranty) pads. I highly recommend James, the technician who worked on my car, and the whole team at Brakes to Go!

Justin is an expert on brakes and has worked professionally to replace front brake rotors, pads, and sensors on my Porsche Cayenne. He did a test drive to beak in, and the job was well done. The price was reasonable (slightly higher than some other mobile services). This is fine, considering the repair came with 3-year warranty, instead of standard 1-year warranty in most shops including dealers. Highly recommended.
