Simply WOW. I would give 100 stars if I could. Harry's Auto Collision came highly recommended and is certified by numerous premier auto manufacturers. My brand dealership in Beverly Hills suggested I use Harry's after a neighbor backed into the side of my car. Following this recommendation I expected great work, but I am in disbelief at this absolutely perfect final result. Other body shops have performed "good enough" jobs for my other cars, but this team provided me with a like-new vehicle. It looks like I just drove it off the showroom floor! I really cannot thank everyone enough for this superior job. Bonus points for also being a legacy Los Angeles establishment. On top of that, their customer service and communication is top-notch. I always felt in good hands. A+++

I've been to this body shop a few times to have my Tesla serviced after someone rear ended me on the first day I had the vehicle, another time after a trash can on the street did side panel damage while in basic autopilot, and yet again after someone hit and run damaging my bumper. Jose and staff have been helpful every time, the quality of the body work is top notch. They give courtesy rides to pick up a rental or get home (if nearby). Still waiting on resolution from the last hit and run incident from that driver's insurance company - probably nothing will come of it which is frustrating. In the meantime, Jose offered to take care of the cosmetic damage as much as possible without replacing the bumper, free of charge. He's a good guy, staff are good people. I always see high end vehicles getting repaired and looking great. LA is crazy, and I hope I don't need to come back again but know that I'll be in good hands if necessary.

Customer for life! I was recommended this location by Tesla after my paint was damaged by a stick while driving. The staff was so friendly and Wes listed the options available and stated that depending on which I chose the repair could be anywhere from 100 dollars to around 1,500. He recommended having his team touch up the paint to avoid rusting and to see if they could fix this issue and to see how I wanted to proceed from there. His team touched up the area and the scratch is basically unrecognizable. When returning my car he stated that I didnt owe them anything for the service. I got my wallet out to offer anything I could in return and he still said no. They have more than earned my trust and I will be going to them and encouraging my friends and family to go to them moving forward!

I have seen Harrys staff put back together what you would think could never be completely repaired. Not only do these fellas put it back like it was, you couldnt tell where one original part begins and the new parts are joined together. Welders, body men, and paint shop magicians. Thats what I call them. Amazing team under one awesome roof! 60,000 sq/ft!

The staff works as a cohesive team and as a customer I truly appreciate that - from keeping me informed about the supply chain issues - to how long it would take to do the work once the parts came in - work done was superb - excellent quality - as to the administrative staff David B and Angelica Z kudos to both - David had my best interest at heart and Angelica smile and customer service skills were/are tops - she deserves a raise for her customer centric approach the manner approached

I had a stupid plastic piece dangling from the bottom of my car because of two missing screws. Something that looks useless YET can get caught up on the road and cause some real problem with the vehicle.
I quickly pull into this business. Explain the issue. They immediately assign me Anthony . Anthony takes a quick look at it and gets Vik the mechanic on it right away. Vik then proceeds to fix it in les than 5 minutes and then explains to me its probably a piece for airflow control or noise reduction.
I am back on the road in less than 10 minutes, issue solved, free of charge thanks Anthony and Vik, I will be coming back here for any future issues and will be recommending your businesses to everyone I know.

Harry has been great. He did bodywork on my car and also buffed it, detailed it, and steamed the engine. Ive gotten multiple compliments from strangers about how good my car looks and asking me what year it is (its 10 yrs old).
Shortly after that was done, my car was having some issues starting. I brought it to Harry and he checked the battery which was almost dead and changed it for me on the spot without an appointment. I was so grateful he was able to do it right away even though they were really busy because I knew my car wasnt going to start for much longer.
